How much is shipping?
Packages within Germany (up to 20 kg): 8,90 €.
International packages: according to complexity plus customs duty
How long are the delivery times?
Delivery times: All orders received by 11 a.m. will be shipped no later than the following business day. If goods cannot be delivered by the requested date, you will be informed immediately.
Consignments within Germany and many EU countries usually have a runtime of 2-3 working days (depending on seasonal workload). The delivery time for shipments to other countries varies and can take up to 5-7 business days.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For some products there are packaging units (PU) based on a minimum quantity. In principle, however, there is no minimum order quantity. We only advise you to choose your order quantity in a way that it is worth the shipment and avoids unnecessary costs and transport routes.
Can I return the products if I do not like them or if they do not work?
If an item is damaged upon arrival or even non-functional, please contact Liga Bertina-Storck (liga.bertina-storck@wer-gmbh.de).
Who is paying for returns?
For defective goods you will receive a return label free of charge and can return the goods directly to Geiger GmbH. You will either receive a credit note or a replacement - whichever you prefer.
Can I return products if I have ordered too many?
In principle, yes. However, we ask you to avoid any unnecessary shipments. Please note that you as the ordering party would have to cover these costs yourself.
What do I do if I accidentally ordered the wrong items?
Please contact Liga Bertina-Storck (liga.bertina-storck@wer-gmbh.de). We will either return the merchandise and send out the correct items, or you can keep the products and place a new order. Please review your order in detail.
How can I cancel an order?
If the items have not been packed yet, you can contact Liga Bertina-Storck (liga.bertina-storck@wer-gmbh.de) for cancellation. The order can then still be cancelled in the system. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible, but products may be returned to Geiger GmbH. Shipping costs already incurred as well as the return shipment are to be covered by the buyer.
May I also order products for private use?
Yes, for this please use the payment method "credit or debit card”. Please note that additional fees may apply.
Can I have the costs for a personal order deducted from my salary?
No, this is unfortunately not possible. However, with credit or debit card you have the option of using a private means of payment of your choice.
Can I order for colleagues?
For private orders you are free to do so. If you are ordering on account, each order should be assigned to the correct cost center through a dedicated purchase order (number).
If I need a product that is not offered, can it be ordered on demand?
Please contact karin.koch@wer-gmbh.de for assistance. Ideally, describe until when you need the product and in which quantity.
Can I suggest products for the web shop?
Of course! If you have an idea of which you think the product could also be of interest to other NE locations or events, please send your suggestions to NovelisEuropeCommunications@novelis.com.
Can I order the products in other colors?
It depends on the product. Please contact karin.koch@wer-gmbh.de for clarification.
For orders placed on account: Do I have to create the purchase requisition (PR) and purchase order number (PO) before or after confirming my order in the webshop?
To complete the shop checkout with invoice as payment method, a PO number is required. Therefore, the creation of a PR and the generation of a PO are both necessary before placing the order. The shopping cart respectively the order summary may be printed and used for the creation of the PR as an offer.
